Inside Our Website’s SEO & AI Search Improvements
Own Website Implementation Log | Updated: 2026-11-03
GEO needs to provide practical content that AI and readers can verify. Using our own website as an example, we publicly disclose completed website adjustments, verifiable pages, and verification methods, allowing businesses to understand how SEO fundamentals support AI search understanding and application.
This case study, compiled by DFocus DFocus Integrated Marketing, is a record of improvements to their own website. Currently, it presents the implementation results and technical checks, but does not yet provide sufficient pre- and post-implementation data to prove improvements in rankings, organic traffic, or AI referrals.
November 3, 2026: clearer website plans and verified responsive tables
On November 2–3, 2026, DFocus clarified the bilingual starter website plan and improved service-table layouts across the site. The plan is NT$5,000 per year including tax, plus a one-time NT$2,000 setup fee: NT$7,000 for the first year and NT$5,000 for renewal, before separately agreed extras.
One set of content, readable on desktop and mobile
The RWD work covered 18 Chinese and English pages and 39 tables across nine service categories. At 1024px and above, visitors see the comparison tables; at 1023px and below, the same HTML content becomes vertical cards with the original column labels.
- Preview checks: 1920, 1440, 1280, 1024, 768, 430, 390, 375 and 320px—162 page/width combinations.
- Production checks: 1440 and 390px—36 additional combinations. No horizontal page or table-text overflow was found in those checks.
- Testing used Chrome responsive viewports, not physical iPhone or Android devices.
- The layout-only release preserved existing text, prices, links, metadata and JSON-LD. We also repaired the AI case-study button and checked its destination.
These are engineering and readability checks, not a measured increase in rankings, inquiries or sales. Indexing and search performance are tracked separately.

November 1, 2026: mobile voice guidance goes live on the DFocus website
DFocus added a prerecorded AI brand introduction to its Chinese mobile homepage. An invitation appears after about three seconds; the approximately 39-second MP3 is requested only after a visitor chooses to start. Playback controls, one-time session prompts and a voluntary LINE handoff were implemented without adding a real-time AI API or microphone access.
Browser tests used iPhone and Pixel device profiles in desktop Chromium, including playback, pause, resume, replay, natural completion, session restoration, desktop exclusion and menu compatibility. These tests are not physical iPhone Safari or Android Chrome certification. This record establishes the implementation, not a measured increase in search visibility, inquiries or sales.

Actual observation: The AI's answer already mentioned DFocus and customized e-commerce capabilities.
From the implementation of website content to the inclusion of brand and service information in AI responses, there is already a verifiable record. Below is a screenshot of a response provided by the owner, dated 2026-10-28; the screenshot mentions "DFocus 鼎丰" and shows citations from sources such as the website, covering customized shopping carts, system development, and integration services.
What does this screenshot support?
It supports the observation that "DFocus brand, service description, and source citations have appeared in this AI response," allowing the website improvement record to go beyond just a change list. The screenshot does not include the complete question, dialogue context, and model information; therefore, it is not possible to determine recommendation frequency, results for different users, or estimate traffic and sales performance based solely on this image.
The assessments regarding "accurate targeting of the AI database," recommendation rate, and individual features in the response are textual statements from the AI and do not constitute verified technical conclusions by DFocus. Actual functionality is subject to publicly available case studies, confirmed requirements, and contracts. Going forward, data will be continuously recorded along with fixed questions, dates, platforms, and cited URLs, and compared separately with Search Console data.
Understanding Customized E-commerce Systems & GEO/AI Search Optimization
October 29th Update: New solution, AI-powered response observation, and mobile reading correction.
Today's follow-up revisions primarily focus on service information consistency, verifiable case studies, and clear mobile readability. The actual content now live is as follows, recorded separately from search performance metrics.
Outsourced Design: New Name, Price, and Scope of Services
The Lightweight Project and Brand Management Plan have been updated with new Chinese and English names and prices: The Lightweight Project is TWD 27,000 per month (3-month contract), with a minimum of TWD 20,000 per month for 12 months; the Brand Management Plan is TWD 40,000 per month (3-month contract), with a minimum of TWD 35,000 per month for 12 months. Both plans include access to Shutterstock's licensed image library and AI-assisted image generation and creation. The Brand Management Plan also includes website GEO and SEO optimization. The scope of implementation is subject to the quote and contract.
The original brand's website hosting and maintenance, curatorial consulting, and product photography projects have been removed, and inquiry options and FAQs have been added. The top page has been changed to a two-banner carousel, the globe and old invitation slogans have been removed, and the collaboration sharing area has been discontinued.
Case evidence: AI answer screenshots and indexing status are presented separately.
The newly added screenshots of AI-generated answers provided by homeowners show the DFocus brand, service description, and source of the information. This is a single-response observation; the complete question, model, and dialogue context are not provided, therefore recommendation frequency, ranking, or sales cannot be inferred from this.
On the same day, Search Console confirmed that the AI Spokesperson case study , this improvement case study, Prospect Hunter , and outsourced design URLs have been indexed. All 28 URLs on the sitemap responded normally this round, with main search fields and JSON-LD readable; however, this does not mean that all 28 pages have been indexed.
Brand Roles and Reading Layout: Differentiating Background Images, Main Visuals, and Operational Evidence
On the desktop versions of the homepage and portfolio, the D-mei astronaut image has been changed to a blue information mask, and the background character brightness has been reduced to 60%. On the mobile homepage, the main visual brightness of D-mei and Steve F has been maintained, with only the mask and face lighting adjusted. The two transparent WebP images for mobile are approximately 52 KB and 62 KB respectively. These are brand visual composites and are not intended as actual system interface or functional verification.
The Prospect Hunter page header retains the title line break, the image-to-text ratio has been readjusted, the old 65% paragraph width limit has been removed, and the left and right sides are aligned with the main menu. Approximately two character spacing remains between the image and text. The e-commerce mobile case logo has had its image container height limit removed to prevent the Fengyou.com icon from overlapping the border. The widths of both desktop and mobile devices have been checked, and no new horizontal overflow was observed in this round of updates.
Uses of GEO and SEO
By clearly displaying service names, pricing terms, authorization, and delivery scope, along with consistent summaries, service/offer information, article data, internal links, and updated sitemaps, we help search and AI systems understand the purpose of each page. Visual enhancements and image compression are fundamental to reading and loading and do not directly translate into improved Google scores or AI recommendations.
Updated 2026-10-29: From AI practical examples to outsourced design services, making search understanding more concrete.
This round of website improvements integrated the new service positioning, AI implementation, brand personas, and image loading optimization. The following records the pages already launched and the results of the day's checks, and retains the scope for tracking subsequent indexing and search performance.
I. Independent Report on AI Spokesperson: Revealing the Production Process and Practical Applications
New case studies on the creation of AI spokespeople, AI mascots, and AI models have been added , using D-mei and Steve F to illustrate character creation, clothing adjustments, facial compositing, mascot pairings, and website deployment. Workflow screenshots and the actual service page presentation can be cross-checked; the short-form video is currently a preview and will be added after the official video is completed.
"DFocus's first-ever character project" refers to this in-house dual-character project, focusing on the practical documentation from production to website implementation. Character and costume visual prototypes, and brand character images are not equivalent to client results or completed automated interactive systems.
Second, distinguish between the AI agent and the brand role to avoid confusion between different services using the same keywords.
The AI Agent implementation page , AI spokesperson case studies, and FAQs have added 12 new explanations, differentiating the data, tools, and task processes of AI agents, as well as the images and content uses of AI spokespeople, AI mascots, and AI models; the visible text, search summaries, articles, and FAQ structured data have also been updated simultaneously.
DFocus Prospect Hunter showcases applications in prospect list research, source evidence, CRM documentation, and opportunity tracking. The website links business systems with brand visual case studies, making it easier for businesses and search systems to determine the scope of implementation for each page.
III. Updated Positioning of Outsourcing Design: Directly Addressing the Business's Service Needs
The main menu for the entire site has been renamed from "Collection Project" to "Outsourced Design ". The existing website address /ad/ has been retained. The readability of the service descriptions for monthly design support plans, monthly design support plans, graphic design outsourcing, DM, EDM, banners, promotional materials and pre-press finishing has been improved, and 6 frequently asked questions have been added.
Content is categorized into monthly design and printing coordination: paper materials, quantity, proofing, processing, printing, and delivery will be quoted separately based on requirements. The comparison table now includes an AI-generated image mode. Going forward, based on client needs, the titles, people, and content for collaborative sharing will no longer be available for front-end output; this page retains the visible descriptions and Q&A regarding the service itself.
IV. Image Downloads: Provides suitable versions for desktop and mobile devices.
| Optimization Projects of the Day | Verifiable results | range of numbers |
|---|---|---|
| 17 large source images | The total size of the source images is 18.63 MB; the total size of desktop WebP is 3.18 MB, and the total size of mobile WebP is 1.52 MB. | Compared to images from the same source, the reduction is approximately 83%/92%; MB is calculated in decimal and is not the total transfer volume of the entire site. |
| 12 static pages | Use picture media conditions to load the appropriate version, retain transparent backgrounds for transparent characters, and preserve the original image. | The layouts for both desktop and mobile devices have been checked, and no new horizontal overflow was found in this round. |
| Home Brand Role Update | The homepage and portfolio now feature D-mei as an astronaut; the mobile homepage features D-mei and Steve F, maintaining the brand's visual direction. | Compressed images support different screen views, and the character position and reading area can be adjusted separately. |
The above improvements are for image size and presentation. The effects of these new images have not yet been converted into PageSpeed scores, Core Web Vitals, or actual load times. Old test data is retained in the history below. Subsequent tests should be conducted under the same conditions and user data should be observed.
V. Current Index Status: The site map has been retrieved, but some URLs still need to be confirmed separately.
- Technical recap for the day: All 28 URLs listed on the sitemap and the mobile homepage responded normally; the main title, summary, standard URL, and JSON-LD were readable.
- Search Console successfully resubmitted the sitemap on 2026-10-29, and 28 pages were read and explored on the same day; this is the result of discovering the URLs, and should not be taken as a conclusion that all 28 pages have been indexed.
- On the same day, subsequent website reviews confirmed that the AI spokesperson case and the website improvement case have been indexed; later that evening, it was confirmed that the AI hunter and outsourced design pages have also been indexed. Some previous requests encountered reCAPTCHA connection errors; the inclusion of a page does not mean that Google has read the latest content.

How will this round of new content support GEO and SEO?
We support our technical capabilities with specific case studies, organize service names by purpose, respond to business needs with Q&A, and establish a content structure through internal links, canonical URLs, sitemaps, and consistent structured data. These form the completed content and technical foundation; rankings, impressions, clicks, inquiries, and AI citations still need to be compared with actual data in subsequent periods.
Improvement Goal: To make services, experiences, and communication methods easier to understand.
The previously scattered introductions have been organized into service pages for e-commerce, web design, monthly design support plans, monthly graphic design packages, and GEO/AI search, with supplementary information on collaboration processes, pricing references, requirements preparation materials, and frequently asked questions. Each page is based on the actual scope of services offered, avoiding simply piling up keywords.
What improvements were actually made?
- Establish easily readable service content: clearly explain the target audience, projects to be performed, needs assessment, and contact information, so that readers can obtain specific information before inquiring.
- Compile real-world case studies and experiences: Add case studies of Lake Pond House, Taiwan TBMS, and Baby Americano; Baby Americano also presents website design and monthly design package collaborations, without adding unconfirmed functions or effects.
- Supplementary Demand-Oriented Guide: Provides information on e-commerce budgets, website solution selection, monthly design support plans, and ERP integration preparation, addressing questions businesses may encounter before our first conversation.
- Establish the foundation for search technology: organize titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, site maps, and corresponding structured data to help the search system identify the purpose of each page.
- Handling mobile browsing and old entry points: Fixed mobile version initialization issues, added navigation to eight major services, and redirected the old /dfocus entry point to the current homepage.
- Establish a foundation for inquiry and follow-up: Set up GA4 and contact interaction events, and switch to the proven Google mailing method; the website feature test emails were confirmed to have been received by the recipients.
Which results can be publicly verified?
| Inspection items | Inspection Record (October 24, 2026) | Verification methods |
|---|---|---|
| Site Map Page | Before this case was added, 21 websites responded with HTTP 200. | View the current sitemap ; the current list will change as new content is added. |
| Main title | Each of the above 21 pages contains an H1. | Check the HTML source code of each page |
| Analysis Markers | The GA4 mark can be found on page 21 above. | Check the source code; the presence of a flag does not equate to successful event delivery. |
| Service content and internal links | Service page link examples, frequently asked questions and requirements guide | GEO Services , E-commerce , Business Website Guide |
| Repeatable summary | Retain the scope, results, and limitations of the current technical inspection. | View the public inspection summary JSON |
How do these improvements support GEO?
A clear service page answers "what is provided, who is it suitable for, and how is it implemented"; real-world case studies supplement practical experience; fee and process explanations reduce the cost of understanding; and verifiable records provide the content with source and time context. This content helps search systems and AI understand the company, accumulates clear and verifiable brand information, and increases the chances of content being discovered and cited; subsequent observation and improvement directions will be based on actual inclusion, visibility, and citation records.
According to Google's AI search feature documentation , existing SEO principles still apply, and no additional special AI tags are required. Technical readability and content credibility are the foundation for continuous improvement.
Completion of technical adjustments does not equate to successful search results.
- Search indexing: It must be checked and tracked using individual URLs in the Search Console and index reports; it cannot be replaced by simply opening the website normally.
- Search ranking and clicks: After data is accumulated, compare the impressions, clicks and pageviews of the same query and the same page, and take into account the sample size and seasonal differences.
- Inquire about quality: differentiate between contact button clicks, form successes, and actual business opportunities, and exclude figures caused by functional testing.
- AI Citations: Fixed record of query statement, platform, date, and citation URL; this case does not claim to have achieved repeatable and verifiable AI citation improvements.
Early Stage Improvement and Tracking Record (2026-10-24)
This round of updates has corrected duplicate identifiers on the homepage, portfolio pages, and mobile entry points. All 22 pages of the sitemap are now functioning correctly, each displaying its main shared images. All 252 reference resources have been checked and are working properly. Large infographics now offer mobile-sized and compressed versions; the original images can still be enlarged for viewing. Mobile portfolio images are now loaded later, and two broken paths have been corrected. Form source attribution has completed actual functional testing; the GA4 backend received a success event and requested that the GEO service page source be retained. This transaction is for testing purposes and should not be considered a genuine business opportunity.
This round of verification updates: Results are made public, but projects that did not meet the standards are also retained.
On October 24, 2026, Google reread the sitemap and explored up to page 22; this does not mean all 22 pages are indexed. Bing has received nine new case studies and guide URLs, and the sitemap update is still being processed. Some Google indexing requests for new case studies are encountering reCAPTCHA connectivity issues and are currently pending.
Image download count: compared based on actual file size
- GEO Info Image: Original image approximately 1.38 MB, mobile version approximately 143 KB, download volume reduced by approximately 90%.
- Hosting partnership information image: Original image approximately 1.67 MB, mobile version approximately 176 KB, download volume reduced by approximately 89%.
Action effectiveness: Improved, but bottlenecks still exist.
The first round of action simulation test on the GEO page scored 75 points with an LCP of 12.4 seconds; after image correction, the two tests scored 74/79 points with LCPs of 4.6/3.9 seconds respectively. TBT scores fluctuated across tests, therefore the best score alone cannot be considered a consistent result. (Previous Report · Postvice Report)
The accessibility score for the mobile homepage has improved from 91 to 100, and two invalid images have been fixed. Performance testing still shows fluctuations, with a score of 65 and an LCP of 5.3 seconds. After switching to prioritizing AVIF images for the first screen, the latest score is 80, with an LCP of 4.9 seconds, a TBT of 120 milliseconds, and a CLS of 0. Loading of older programs and styles still needs improvement. Currently, sufficient real-user data is lacking, and Core Web Vitals performance acceptance is not yet complete. The complete test sequence is preserved in the public inspection summary to avoid only presenting the better results. View the final report for this round of testing on the mobile homepage .
AI reference: Establish benchmarks first, do not claim results in advance.
On October 24, 2026, a review of the Bing AI Performance report, covering the period from July 24, 2026 to October 23, 2026, showed that the citation count for Microsoft Copilots and related sources was 0. This is only a baseline within the scope of this report and does not represent the complete situation for other AI platforms; further observation is needed by recording the platform, query, date, and citation URLs.
The current focus is on continuing to refine the mobile version's performance, completing the indexing and verification of new cases, and accumulating search impressions, clicks, and real inquiry data. Technical readability and content deployment do not yet directly translate into improved rankings or AI citations.
How can a business get started?
First, review existing websites and real service data to identify publicly available case studies, professional experience, processes, and common problems. Then, arrange for technical adjustments and measurement. Simply generating a large number of similar articles without verifyable business content will make it difficult to establish long-term credibility.
