Custom Business Systems in Practice

Websites and business applications not only present a company image but also facilitate sales activities, membership benefits, paid content, talent matching, team collaboration, and AI sales development. Below are eight client project examples and DFocus's recently developed Prospect Hunter, illustrating the application of customized systems through practical processes.

ASIAUIB Global: Integrating Member Referrals with Cruise Ticket Purchases

Confirmed development content: Through different member referral codes, combined with discount ticket purchases and profit-sharing mechanisms, member relationships and purchase conditions will be handled.

The core of these websites is not just listing tickets, but rather ensuring that referral relationships, purchase conditions, and revenue-sharing rules work together. When these rules need to be enforced in a business-like manner, they must be incorporated into the system specifications.

When planning a similar system, businesses should first confirm...

  • How are referral codes generated and identified, and which member or transaction are they associated with?
  • Terms and conditions for the offer, and the impact of payment, cancellation or refund on the transaction rules.
  • Profit sharing recipients, calculation basis, settlement conditions, and manual verification methods.

This page does not disclose the profit-sharing recipients, percentages, accounting information, or contract terms for this project; the above is a specification preparation direction for similar projects and does not constitute an addition of features that the client has already used.

Visit the ASIAUIB website ↗ to learn about customized e-commerce and transaction systems.

2251 Commercial and Real Estate: Different business types can see their own cases and prices.

Confirmed development content: After logging in, different business users can see exclusive cases and prices within their authorized scope; cases include information about developers and sellers, and users can assign case staff to handle cases.

While public websites handle property listings, internal collaboration requires linking case details, business roles, and operational permissions. This differs from a simple property listing page; it necessitates considering what content each role can see and how to maintain case information.

When planning a similar system, businesses should first confirm...

  • How are cases allocated, and which roles can view or edit prices and contact information?
  • Information relationships between developers, sellers, and on-duty team members.
  • How to update and verify permissions when team members are transferred, leave the company, or cases are transferred?

IPCI (寰宇財金網): Prepaid Value Linked to Paid Video and Book Purchase Discounts

Confirmed development content: Members pay to purchase video viewing rights and log in to watch videos by authorized financial lecturers; there is also a stored value function that can be used to purchase video viewing and as a discount on book purchases.

These types of applications handle both a member's viewing privileges and available stored value, integrating content purchases and book discounts into a single business service process. Businesses need to explain not only "membership features" but also what benefits are available after purchase and what transactions the stored value can be used for.

When planning a similar system, businesses should first confirm...

  • The content is based on courses, individual videos, or authorized periods, and the eligibility for viewing is determined accordingly.
  • How do payment status, refund status, and permission expiration status affect content access?
  • Who is responsible for video storage, streaming services, bandwidth, and subsequent maintenance, and who is responsible for billing?
  • The applicable products for stored value, the rules for redemption, and how to recover the amount and viewing permissions when canceling or requesting a refund.

This page describes the system's functions and does not involve course content evaluation or investment effectiveness.

Feng Oil (瘋油網): Limited-time group buying, random event pop-ups, and countdown to product discounts.

Confirmed development details: Discounts will be activated after a set number of orders are accumulated within a limited time; visitors will be given priority to see a random latest event each time they enter the site, and product promotion discounts will also display a countdown.

This case combines group-buying conditions, event visibility, and time reminders. Unlike simply displaying a special price next to the product, the system needs to determine when the discount takes effect based on the event period and the cumulative number of participants, and also allow visitors to see the remaining time of the event.

When planning a similar system, businesses should first confirm...

  • The group formation threshold is calculated based on the number of people who place an order, the number of people who make a payment, or the number of unique members, as well as how order cancellations are calculated.
  • The handling of transactions that do not meet the threshold before the event ends, and the scope of applicable discounts after meeting the threshold.
  • How to filter the latest activities that can be randomly displayed, and the page and price status after the countdown reaches zero.

The above checklist items are for the needs preparation direction of similar projects and do not represent that this client has adopted all the details.

Understanding Customized E-commerce and Shopping Cart Systems

Aida Soap Shop: Red and Green Combo Deals

Confirmed development content: Features a "red and green" discount function, where discounts are applied when purchasing items of different color categories together, depending on the promotional conditions.

The core of this type of promotion lies in identifying the product combinations in the shopping cart, rather than offering discounts on all items. Businesses can design promotions based on bundling rules to ensure that discount conditions correspond to the actual items purchased.

When planning a similar system, businesses should first confirm...

  • Which products are categorized under red, green, etc., and what quantities are required to qualify for the discount?
  • The order of calculation when multiple combinations, duplicate items, and other offers exist simultaneously.
  • How are the original bundled discounts recalculated after a product is returned or cancelled?

The above checklist items are for the needs preparation direction of similar projects and do not represent that this client has adopted all the details.

Understanding Customized E-commerce and Shopping Cart Systems

autobuy: Large online store, members-only area and bonus discounts

Confirmed development content: The large-scale online store development includes a welfare product zone, a long-term member zone, a discussion forum, and a special offer zone; the purchase amount can be converted into bonuses according to the rules and used to offset the total amount of the next purchase.

In addition to products and orders, an online store also needs to connect different sales zones, membership management, and after-purchase rewards. This case study combines zone management, interactive discussions, and bonus redemption to allow businesses to tailor the shopping process to their own operational methods.

When planning a similar system, businesses should first confirm...

  • The identification method for existing members, the entry conditions for each special zone, and the rules for product presentation.
  • Bonus conversion basis, issuance time, scope of credit, and usage limit.
  • Responsibilities include handling bonus rebates after returns, managing discussion forums, and maintaining the backend system.

The above checklist items are for the needs preparation direction of similar projects and do not represent that this client has adopted all the details.

Understanding Customized E-commerce and Shopping Cart Systems

Blue Moon Witch Works: Limited-time special zones and product listings

Confirmed development features: Limited-time listing and delisting functionality; the special zone and products can be independently listed and delisted at the start and end of the event.

This type of requirement separates the management of event scheduling from the visibility of products. Businesses can arrange the presentation of special zones and products according to the schedule, rather than just modifying an event banner, which is suitable for website planning with limited-time sales or phased events.

When planning a similar system, businesses should first confirm...

  • The start and end times of the event, time zones, and the rules for listing and delisting products and special zones.
  • If a special section is closed but products are still listed, are other entry points still accessible for browsing or purchasing?
  • When the promotion ends, there are ways to handle shopping carts, unpaid orders, and old URLs.

The above checklist items are for the needs preparation direction of similar projects and do not represent that this client has adopted all the details.

Jujiang Human Resources: From Image Website to Talent Demand Matching Platform

Confirmed development content: The business website will be integrated with a talent demand matching function, allowing demanders to post their needs and display them on the platform, serving as an entry point for matching and matching between the two parties.

These websites not only introduce companies and services, but also make talent needs available for posting, browsing, and matching. Companies can organize their previously scattered needs into the platform and connect subsequent matchmaking according to their own service processes.

When planning a similar platform, companies should first confirm...

  • Who can publish the request, which fields need to be filled in, and whether review is required before publication.
  • The categories of demand, the display period and the methods of listing and delisting, as well as the scope of publicly available contact information.
  • Matching is conducted manually, through screening criteria, or by other means, and subsequent contact and status are recorded.

The above is a specification preparation direction for similar projects and does not represent that this client has adopted all the details; this case does not claim to have AI automatic pairing or specific mediating power.

DFocus Prospect Hunter: On-premises and cloud-based AI sales development and opportunity tracking

Project Nature: DFocus's recently developed proprietary AI sales system. It integrates online customer analytics, startup demand development, online demand collection and analysis, and connects with proactive inquiry emails, follow-up tracking, and conversion rate analysis; it can be deployed locally or in the cloud depending on the business environment.

These systems integrate the processes of "identifying needs, identifying business opportunities, taking action, and tracking results" into a workflow. AI not only generates a customer list but also helps organize needs and analyze results; the "hunters" proactively send out inquiry letters according to the sending and review rules set by the company, and then organize the responses, project discussion progress, and transaction results for the business to continuously follow up and analyze.

Five stages from business opportunity discovery to follow-up

  1. Demand gathering: Gathering information on potential customers and startup needs through the internet.
  2. Customer analysis: Organize customer needs and business opportunity leads, and generate analytical returns.
  3. Proactive Inquiry: Integrating analysis into the preparation and sending of inquiry letters.
  4. Follow-up: Track contact, respond to and negotiate progress, and assist in the continued processing of business.
  5. Results Analysis: The conversion rate was analyzed based on actual records to serve as a basis for adjusting the development direction.

When planning a similar system, businesses should first confirm...

  • The sources of demand data, target customer groups and analysis conditions, and which information requires manual confirmation.
  • Adopt local, cloud, or other deployment arrangements, and confirm account permissions, data storage, and division of labor.
  • The recipients of the letters, content review, delivery conditions, and rules for ceasing follow-up.
  • The denominator of the transaction rate, the definition of a transaction, the observation period, and the data source allow the results to be verified.

This section describes the features and processes under development. It does not represent that a standardized finished product has been provided to external parties, nor does it claim that a specific transaction rate has been achieved. The actual deployment and delivery scope is subject to project confirmation.

The shopping cart does more than just accept orders: it connects third-party logistics providers with bank payment collection.

DFocus' shopping cart development can integrate with third-party applications such as NewebPay and ECPay, allowing merchants to connect the ordering, payment and delivery processes on their own platforms; it also has development experience in direct bank integration, completing the payment collection process according to the service arrangements of businesses and banks.

  • Electronic payment: The checkout and payment process is arranged according to the services and connection specifications enabled by the merchant.
  • Convenience store collection: Connect the selected convenience store collection method and confirm the payment deadline and payment result notification.
  • ATM/Online Transfer: In conjunction with third-party or bank solutions, we handle the connection between transfer payments and order status.
  • Logistics services: We integrate delivery or convenience store pickup processes based on solutions from our partner suppliers and merchants.
  • Direct bank integration: Developed based on the payment methods, interface documents, and accounting rules agreed upon between the business and the bank.

The actual project launched may differ from the supplier's plan, and the payment page may redirect depending on the service specifications; system integration does not guarantee that every payment will be credited immediately. Logistics development fees, third-party handling fees, and bank charges will be confirmed separately to avoid confusing system integration fees with transaction fees.

How are these cases verified?

The client case study feature is compiled based on DFocus's confirmed project experience; the Prospect Hunter is DFocus's proprietary system under development and is described separately from completed client projects. The public website allows verification of brands and public access points; however, functions and backend rules after logging in may not be directly verifiable from the public homepage. This page does not provide client accounts, unauthorized transaction data, or internal system access information.

2251's public website displays item categories and member login information; the ASIAUIB public website displays member information and course content. ASIAUIB's public websites may not be accessible at all times due to connection or access conditions. The current functionality and content of each website may be updated as the client operates; the website currently listed shall prevail.

This page does not claim that these cases increased specific revenue, search rankings, or conversion rates, nor does it consider the following planning recommendations as completed customer features.

Read a system case through the task it supports

Use the same review sequence for ticket referrals, property collaboration, paid video, promotions and matching platforms: identify the business task, map user roles and inputs, confirm the workflow, and agree on the output and acceptance conditions.

  1. Business context: who needs to complete which task?
  2. Inputs and rules: what data, permissions, pricing or time windows control it?
  3. User flow: which steps connect a visitor, member, staff user and administrator?
  4. Reviewable output: what should appear, be recorded or be calculated?
  5. Acceptance: who checks the result, and what happens if a step fails?

Public client pages can show visible screens and interactions. Member permissions, back-office calculations, integrations and current operations require authorized access or project records. Some systems were handed over to clients; this case page does not imply continuing access to their private systems. AI Prospect Hunter’s separate development status remains stated on its own page.

To develop a custom business system, first prepare these five items.

  1. What are the roles of visitors, members, business team members, supervisors, and managers, and what tasks do they need to complete?
  2. Current process: Describe the requirements using an actual case, a purchase, or a content licensing process.
  3. Data and Rules: List the necessary fields, permissions, calculation rules, and exception handling.
  4. Acceptance scenario: How each role operates, and what results should be seen upon success or failure.
  5. Budget and Phase: Complete the necessary processes first, then assess the expansion; at the same time, confirm the costs of maintenance, hosting, and third-party services.

DFocus can coordinate and evaluate everything from the visual interface, front-end, and back-end to the hosting provider. Feasibility, delivery time, cost, and scope of delivery are confirmed through requirements interviews and formal specifications.
